Do I like routine...? um...No, I do not. It's because, my feeling changes everyday and everytime, so if I decide to do something as a routine, it won't be routine or habit. The next day, I will forget what I decide. For example, sometime I try to keep a diary, and buy a note, BUT...every time I give up about for a week. I tryed somithing, not just diary, such as reading, cooking healthy meal, making lunch, walking, diet... I never keep.

I don't know why I cannot keep them. I'm "MIKKABOZU"!! This is Japanese famous phrase about who cannot keep anything for long term. In English, "I can stick ro nithing." It's not good.www

Oh, I have just one waht I 'm keeping. Every morning or night, I try exercise to strengthen my muscle. I like training. I like to change my body. I noticed!! I can keep what I like things. I don't like diary, diet, health meal....so I couldn't keep them~~

I like routine about only my favorite realm.

-The proper strage can keep fruit, veggies and herbs fresh and flavorful-


When we get gruit, vegetables and herbs, we should select carefully and store maximize their lingevity. Joe Hardiman is a produce merchandiser. He is choosy about what he buys and stores. And also, he has some good idea to keep them fresh, for example, he keeps banana and apples keep away from other fruit, in fridge, wraps lettuce, chard and other leafed vegetables in dry paper towels to absorb excess moisture....


In this article, I found some useful informations; how to keep fresh fruit, veggies, and herbs... I think using towels and excess moisture is good idea!! We can try in our fridge.
My favorite veggies are tomatos and pumpkins.

This book has 42pages. I am done!!
This week I read 19 pages this week. Actualy, it's not enough, so I read the other book about 8 pages. total 27 pages.
I understand about 90 % of what I read.


This story is very peaceful, and there is not big problem.
But...if I were Mr. Craven who is key person of this story, I have some good idea that I could do better. He is very strange man and didn't take care about his illness son after his wife died

+21years-old : graduate from SCCC, go back to Japan and work to go new place.

+23/spring : I get a mount of money and go to Europe to study new language.

+23/summer : meet a nice guy and fall in love!!!!ww I will determine to marry with he.

+24 : learned and be able to speak some language! I will satisfy to study languages.

+24/winter : get marry

+25 : get twin babies

+27 : find a great job!!

I cannot write my whole life on here because many things will happen with me and if I write all of them, you will be tired to read---

I want to get an artistic job, for example, book, art, music, design...I wanna try a lot of things.

・Parents urge U.S. to test unproven autism treatmet

in Chicago, government researchers are pushing to test an unproven treatment on autism children, a move some scientist see as an unethical experiment.Despte lawsuits and at least child's death, but autistic children are believed to be sing the drug, their parents not content to wait for a study.

I really thought about this article. "If my child is autistic, do I let them take the unproven test or give drug.....?" Of course I want he to be better, but I cannot try strange way.

・"autism" is a kind of mental problem. A mental condition in which a person is unable to communicate or form relationships with others.

・"unethical" means not morally acceptable

My four friends and I helped our friend's moving in the afternoon. It was too hard work to carry his stuffs from his ex-place to new place on foot. He has a lot of stuffs, and they were heavy. It looked like a march. The night, we went to the water front to see fire work of independent festival, but we lost time to have dinner, so we couldn't get there on time. Oh,sorry...but we could see just the last big one!!

I will get a easier one!
